Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.

As we work with a trusted fulfillment partner, each product is custom-prepared, packaged, and shipped on demand. Selfnamed handles production and fulfillment directly.

Processing time depends on order size:

  • 1–20 items: ~2 business days
  • 21–100 items: up to ~7 business days

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe (EU, UK): 2–7 business days
  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Other international locations: 5–10+ business days

Orders are shipped from fulfillment centers in Europe or the United States, depending on your location.


Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

In most cases, orders arrive within 4–10 business days, but may vary depending on destination and order size.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping costs are determined by the fulfillment provider and may vary accordingly.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package in real time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a suitable resolution

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
